My Snowy Maternity Session

All photos taken by me with a tripod and self-timer, or my husband following instructions (yes he does that sometimes 😂), and my cellphone only.

The First Snow of the Season - Cookie Baking!

~

Chari was the first to the window this morning, and was so excited to see snow, the first of this winter!

Missy woke up and looked out the window at the snow chattering some happy gibberish, and before I could stop her she plugged the tree in all by herself and rearranged some ornaments... then crawled back into bed! I guess all is not right in the world without the tree on. 😂

Daddy worked only half a day today and made in home just in time to help the girls bake some cookies, which is our First-Snow-Tradition. ♡

Not what we usually eat, but the greatest thing about these is that they're so easy even Daddy can make them!
And they were already decorated with snowmen!

Look at that smile!

I'm not sure if he's stealing or I'm sharing...

Read the sign. ;)

Chari totally approved!
Missy did too, but she kept running back and forth with her cookies making it impossible to get a clear picture.

I hope you enjoyed these snapshots of our first snow day this season.
I've linked as much as I can below for those of you that would like to shop any of the items in the photos. Currently not a paid affiliate, just wanting to share. ♡

Pumpkin Patch Fun

Hi everyone, I hope you all are loving fall as much as we are! Fall is probably our family's favorite season, (it certainly is mine!) so we try to enjoy it to the fullest.

"The pumpkins with character are my favorites."
We especially enjoyed ourselves this past weekend at the pumpkin patch, and I am excited to share some of our family photos with y'all.

We went to Mast Farms in Morgantown, PA not too far from us, and are 100% satisfied with the amazing amount of family-oriented fun that we were able to have. They are clean, well-priced, and have a variety of activities for the whole family. If you live in the Berks/Lancaster county or surrounding area, I highly recommend that you give them a visit.

"Little pumpkins are just. so. cute!!!"

We picked out lots of pumpkins, visited animals at the petting zoo, walked through the corn maze, took some cool pics on hay bales, shot a "potato gun" (josh), practiced roping skills (also josh), jumped on the bounce mat, rode the piggy train (the girls only), and rode in the wagon pulled by a big tractor for a hayride.
It really was an awesome evening.

I hope you enjoyed seeing our photos, and I wish each of you a wonderful week. ♡

For those of you wondering, the girls' outfits are pre-order items from The Screaming Owl. I like to buy them matching outfits or occasion dresses from their online boutique a few times a year, and they always bring so many compliments.

My lip color is L'oreal Infallible Lip Paint in 320 "Cool Coral".

My maternity tee can be found HERE.
